O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistants in sales, service, store appearance, and operations. The role may assume shift management in the absence of leadership.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and experience in auto parts retail is a plus. The position involves supervising showroom service levels, processing orders, handling returns, and ensuring accurate invoicing with attention to policy and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and add orders promptly and contact customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle returns and exchanges efficiently, issue refunds with correct methods, and stage returns properly.
• Invoice all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks to the team.
• Ensure schedule adherence and proper clock in/out according to policy.
• Perform store opening/closing duties, day-end procedures, deposits, and security checks.
• All other duties as assigned.
