• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service.
• Oversee customer service levels in showroom and execute client service programs.
• Ensure phone calls are answered per policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store and transfers promptly and communicate shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle special orders efficiently and use electronic ledger for outside purchases.
• Process returns and exchanges promptly with accurate refunds.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and manage merchandising tasks.
• Ensure staff clock in/out and follow posted schedule.
• Perform all opening/closing duties and secure deposits per policy.
