Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and monitor store environment.
• Confidentiality and disciplined decision making required.
• Excellent communication with customers and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain front-store presence, greet customers and create a sense of control and security.
• Identify theft trends and report incidents to Manager on Duty.
• Monitor entrances/exits and high-risk areas to reduce theft opportunities.
• Train associates on shortage reduction programs and safe practices.
• Support store leadership with shortage reduction initiatives.
