With 1+ years in retail or asset protection, you will report theft incidents to the Manager on Duty and help train colleagues, all while upholding Burlington's standards and benefits for part-time team members.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, retail, or loss prevention.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and monitor surroundings.
• Excellent communication and positive, energetic greeting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances/exits and high-risk areas to reduce theft.
• Greet customers with a warm, confident, and friendly greeting.
• Identify suspicious activity and report to Manager on Duty.
• Conduct bag checks and assist in shortage reduction programs.
• Support training of associates on loss prevention processes.
