Total Wine & More in Fairfax, VA is seeking a Supervisor to support store operations, lead service excellence, and drive sales while upholding compliance with alcohol laws.

You will supervise and train team members, resolve customer issues, and help build a knowledgeable, welcoming store environment. The role requires 1–3 years in retail supervision and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience, 1+ year in a supervisory role within retail.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills; ability to coach peers.
• Experience resolving customer issues; familiarity with POS and inventory software.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Support service team, merchandising and front-end operations to drive sales and meet KPIs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example and resolving issues.
