Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Supervisor to assist the store management team, lead service standards, and drive a high-performing sales and customer experience. You will supervise staff, support training, and ensure compliance with alcohol regulations while maintaining a safe, welcoming store environment.

You should have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1-3 years in retail, and at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, with 1+ year in supervision within retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities
