Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Supervisor to support store operations, lead the service team, and drive a best-in-class customer experience. You will train staff, resolve issues, and help maintain compliance with alcohol laws while promoting a safe, welcoming store environment.

You must have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years of supervisory retail experience. Strong interpersonal skills and POS familiarity are essential.
