Total Wine & More is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Orlando, FL to grow the brand through best-in-class service and a distinctive world of beverages. You will support store operations and help build a sales culture to expand our customer base and profitability.

You will lead a sales-focused team, manage operations, and ensure compliance with alcohol laws while delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires flexibility, leadership, and a passion for wine, beer, and spirits.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years in work experience, 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory role in retail.
• Experience leading, motivating, and developing a sales-focused team.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales and deliver against key performance metrics.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and leading store team and developing sales skills.
• Support day-to-day operations including payroll, inventory, merchandising and shrink.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and lead by example.
• Help maintain vendor relationships to support inventory objectives.
• Ensure adherence to laws for alcohol sales and maintain a safe store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
