Total Wine & More in Orlando, FL seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead a sales-driven team, deliver exceptional service, and ensure compliant operations. You will drive KPIs, recruit and develop staff, manage payroll and inventory, and uphold safety standards while maintaining strong vendor relations.

You’ll be a visible leader, creating a welcoming store atmosphere, resolving escalated issues, and supporting long-term growth through Total Rewards benefits and ongoing product training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of work experience, 2+ years of managerial or supervisory retail experience
• Experience leading, motivating, and developing a sales-focused team
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver against key performance metrics (KPMs)
• Assist in recruiting, training, and leading store team
• Support day-to-day operations including payroll, inventory, merchandising and shrink
• Deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example
• Maintain vendor relationships to support store and inventory objectives
• Ensure adherence to laws and regulations related to alcohol sales and keep store safe and compliant
