Job summary

You will model customer-focused leadership, supervise staff coverage, and guide teams to create exceptional shopping experiences for customers. The role emphasizes coaching, use of Selling Essentials, and a People-First approach to foster a positive and high-performing store environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail sales or customer service management experience.
• Excellent communication, organization and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and balance priorities.
• Flexible full-time availability and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver world-class service and exceed sales goals.
• Maintain adequate staffing and model sales generation and customer focus.
• Coach staff on customer service principles and selling skills.
• Educate team using Selling Essentials and training resources.
• Foster fair, respectful environment under People-First philosophy.
• Resolve client service issues including delivery/pick-up using reporting systems.
