Job summary

Victra is the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States. As an Assistant General Manager, you’ll lead a store team, develop sales specialists, and drive sales targets while managing daily operations and merchandising.

You’ll coach one-on-one to raise performance and ensure an outstanding customer experience on the sales floor. You will also be responsible for achieving store targets, analyzing sales data, and supporting the General Manager in day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within retail or related industries.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team and coach on one-on-one to improve performance.
• Set and communicate daily/weekly/monthly sales goals with the team.
• Provide training and mentorship to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Manage store operations, merchandising, and planogram compliance.
• Oversee opening/closing duties and daily financials.
