Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within retail or wireless industries preferred.
• 1–2 years in a customer service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly sales goals with the team.
• Analyze staffing, sales data, and store operations to ensure uptime and performance.
• Maintain merchandising standards and planogram compliance.
• Open/close store activities and manage daily store tasks.
