Victra, the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a store team, coach sales specialists, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will drive sales, manage daily operations, and ensure the store meets its targets while upholding merchandising standards.

You will inspire the team, develop talent, and partner with store leadership to maximize performance during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Balance multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environment.
• Set goals, evaluated performance, and developed a high performing team.
• Basic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledge.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Lead a store team from developing the best sales specialists to achieving sales targets.
• Direct daily operations and store merchandising when the General Manager is away.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly goals with sales teams and provide coaching.
• Identify skill gaps and implement development plans to hit quotas.
• Monitor inventory, cash handling, and store up-time; ensure planogram compliance.
• Open and close store, drive customer experiences, and lead by example on the floor.
