Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards, holding team accountable.
• Coach customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems.
• Oversee Balloons business, birthday party operations, and in-store events.
• Promote and enroll customers in the Loyalty Rewards Program.
• Champion MCC/Extend services and customer adoption of protection plans.
• Drive sales and operations in Knit & Sew Shop and Cut Bar.
• Oversee BOPIS and Same Day Delivery for omni-channel service.
• Support Custom Framing operations with consultations.
• Train and develop team through TM onboarding and ongoing skills.
• Maintain Asset Protection practices to reduce shrink.
