Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. in Burlington, NJ seeks a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing selling culture and drive strong sales across the store, including front-end operations and customer service.

You will coach team members, ensure SOP adherence, and maintain brand standards while delivering consistent, engaging experiences for customers. You will manage POS operations, loyalty enrollment, and in-store programs like Birthday balloons, while supporting omni-channel services such as BOPIS

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to coach customer experience and selling behaviors.
• Comfort with POS and Self-Checkout systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards storewide.
• Model customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversions.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and floor leadership.
• Oversee POS, Self-Checkout, and omni-channel order fulfillment.
