Michaels Allentown-Bethlehem store is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing selling culture across the store. The role focuses on driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and upholding brand standards and SOPs.

The position requires 3+ years of retail leadership, hands-on coaching, and strong operational execution across front-end, POS, BOPIS, and in-store events. Nights, weekends, and early mornings are expected with strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Applicants in the U.S. must satisfy federal, state, and local legal requirements of the job.

Responsabilités

• Lead and champion selling culture and drive KPI results.
• Oversee front-end, service operations, and POS systems.
• Coach team on Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviors.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and floor leadership.
• Promote and enroll customers in the Loyalty Rewards Program.
• Oversee events and programs (Balloons, Birthday parties, Knit & Sew Shop).
• Support BOPIS and Same Day Delivery; ensure omni-channel service.
• Maintain Asset Protection practices and shrink awareness.
