Michaels is seeking a Sales Manager for the Allentown-Bethlehem area to lead a high-performing team and champion a best-in-class customer experience. You will drive sales targets, coach associates, and ensure consistent execution of SOPs and brand standards.

The role emphasizes front-end/service operations, omni-channel support, and development of team members in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage adherence to SOPs and company programs.
• Drive selling culture and customer experience across the store.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations and smooth transactions.
• Oversee in-store programs (Balloons, Knit & Sew Shop, etc.) and events.
• Promote and enroll customers in the Loyalty Rewards Program.
• Coach and develop team members through structured onboarding.
