Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs.
• Oversee front-end and service operations to ensure brand standards and store conditions.
• Model and coach customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage to maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems and smooth transactions.
• Oversee store programs (Balloons, loyalty, protection plans) and omni-channel services.
• Develop and coach team through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
• Support loss prevention and asset protection practices.
