Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead and coach a customer-focused team.
• Strong understanding of store operations and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage adherence to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance.
• Ensure execution of policies, standards, and store results.
• Coach customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversions.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Oversee in-store programs including Balloons and Birthday services.
• Drive omni-channel services such as BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
