Responsibilities

• Lead and champion a high-performing selling culture across the store.
• Oversee front-end and service operations to ensure brand standards and SOP compliance.
• Coach team members to improve selling behaviors, conversion, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage to maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Ensure effective use of POS and Self-Checkout systems and smooth transactions.
• Promote loyalty programs and protection plans to drive retention and revenue.
• Drive omni-channel services like BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
