Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead front-end and service operations in a high-performing store.
• Coach and develop team members to drive conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Provide MOD coverage and safeguard brand standards and SOPs.
• Oversee POS, Self-Checkout, and omni-channel processes for timely service.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure policy execution and store condition accountability.
• Model customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversions.
• Provide MOD coverage and ensure operational continuity.
• Oversee POS usage, balloon/birthday programs, and loyalty enrollment.
• Lead Knit & Sew Shop and Cut Bar experiences with oversight.
• Drive BOPIS and Same Day Delivery effectiveness.
• Support Custom Framing operations when applicable.
• Train and develop team through TM onboarding and ongoing practice.
• Maintain Asset Protection to reduce shrink.
