Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage adherence to SOPs and company programs to ensure legal and policy compliance.
• Drive selling culture, customer experience, and brand standards across the store.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations for smooth transactions.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards Program and protection plans; drive customer adoption.
• Train, coach, and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skills-building.
• Support omni-channel services including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
