Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end and service operations to ensure consistent selling behaviors and customer experience.
• Coach and develop store team members, enforcing SOPs and brand standards.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout usage, BOPIS/Same Day Delivery, and in-store programs/events.
