Nights and weekends are required. You will coach teams, manage POS/Self-Checkout, drive loyalty enrollment, and support omnichannel services including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and programs.
• Ensure policy execution and store condition accountability.
• Coach customer experience and selling behaviors to boost conversion.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations for smooth transactions.
• Oversee balloons, parties, and in-store programs.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards and protection plans to drive retention.
• Drive omni-channel service including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
