Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and champion a high-performing selling culture to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee front-end and service operations, ensuring SOPs and brand standards are followed.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, sustaining floor leadership and service quality.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems to support smooth transactions.
• Oversee in-store programs: balloons, loyalty enrollment, and protection plan offerings.
• Drive omni-channel execution including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Coach and develop team members through structured onboarding and ongoing training.
