The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager for our Cedar Rapids, IA store. You will lead a high-performing sales team, champion a customer-focused selling culture, and ensure consistent brand standards and operational excellence across front-end and service operations.

You will drive KPI achievement through coaching, effective day-to-day execution, and omni-channel service, including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery, while supporting events and in-store programs.

Formación

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and champion customer-focused selling behaviors and store standards.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage to maintain floor leadership and service quality.
• Oversee front-end operations, POS and Self-Checkout systems for smooth transactions.
• Drive omni-channel execution including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Coach and develop store team through onboarding and ongoing training.
• Promote loyalty programs and protection plan offerings to increase retention.
