You will coach a diverse team, manage MOD coverage, and drive customer-focused selling behaviors across multiple departments. Responsibilities include optimizing POS usage, managing in-store programs, and delivering strong omni-channel service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to follow SOPs and company programs.
• Strong focus on Customer Experience and selling behaviors.
• Demonstrated MOD coverage and floor leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and uphold brand standards.
• Coach the team on customer engagement and selling culture.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems.
• Drive omni-channel services including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Support balloons, events, and in-store programs as needed.
