Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Inc. seeks a FT Sales Manager in McHenry to lead store operations, coach the team, and drive sales while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You will oversee front-end and service operations, ensure policy compliance, and support omnichannel services such as BOPIS and Same Day Delivery. You will model selling behaviors, manage MOD coverage, and promote loyalty programs, protection plans, and in-store programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings.
• Ability to lift up to 25–50 pounds.
• Knowledge of SOPs and Company programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and ensure SOP adherence.
• Model customer experience and selling behaviors.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and floor leadership.
• Drive omni-channel services including BOPIS and delivery.
• Coach and develop team members.
