Responsibilities include managing POS systems, promoting the Loyalty program, overseeing in-store events, and supporting omni-channel services like BOPIS and Same Day Delivery. 3+ years of retail leadership required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Proven ability to coach selling behaviors and customer experience.
• Strong knowledge of SOPs and company programs.
• Experience with POS and Self-Checkout systems.
• Familiarity with BOPIS and Same Day Delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end and service operations to drive KPIs and sales.
• Coach team to deliver exceptional customer experience and brand standards.
• Ensure SOPs and company programs are consistently followed.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and oversee daily store operations.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards program and protection plan offerings.
• Support Knits & Sew Shop and other departments as needed.
