Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Missouri is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing selling culture across the store, overseeing front-end and service operations, and ensuring brand standards. You will coach the team to achieve key sales and service KPIs through customer-focused coaching and efficient day-to-day execution.

You will promote loyalty programs, manage events, and ensure accurate use of POS/Self-Checkout while supporting BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead front-end and service operations with SOP adherence.
• Proven track record of coaching teams to improve selling behaviors and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in SOPs and Company programs compliance.
• Model Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviors to drive conversions.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee POS, Self-Checkout, and omni-channel order fulfillment.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards, MCC/Extend services, and in-store programs.
