Michaels is seeking a Sales Manager for the Germantown store to lead a high-performing selling culture, drive sales, enhance customer experience, and enforce brand standards across front-end and service operations.

You will coach and develop team members, provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, and ensure efficient use of POS and Self-Checkout systems, while promoting the Loyalty Rewards Program and supporting omni-channel services like BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.

Qualificações

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and early mornings.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach selling behaviors to drive conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee front-end, service operations, and multi-channel fulfillment processes (BOPIS/Same Day Delivery).
• Ensure SOPs, company policies, and brand standards are followed.
• Coach and develop team through onboarding and ongoing training.
• Promote and enroll customers in Loyalty Rewards Program.
