Job summary

Michaels in Middletown, NJ is seeking a Sales Manager to lead front-end and service operations, champion a high-performing selling culture, and ensure consistent execution of brand standards and customer-focused selling behaviors.

You will coach and develop the team, provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, and drive omni-channel excellence from POS to BOPIS, while promoting the Loyalty Rewards Program and protecting store assets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Ability to stand, move throughout the store and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage adherence to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance.
• Coach the team to deliver best-in-class customer experience and selling behaviors.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations for smooth transactions.
• Drive omni-channel services including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Promote loyalty program enrollment and protect store assets.
