• Provide MOD coverage; maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout; support smooth transactions.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards Program; drive customer retention.
• Lead Knit & Sew Shop knowledge and the Cut Bar experience; oversee events.
• Manage BOPIS and Same Day Delivery to support omni-channel service.
