Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team by managing LOD shifts and delivering an outstanding guest experience. You will drive daily operations, train and celebrate associates, and champion AE's service standards on the floor and in the fitting room.

You will recruit and develop strong talent, provide ongoing feedback, and promote a Guest First culture while aligning with AEO's values and brand standards.
