American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team by leading LOD shifts and delivering a stellar guest experience. You will manage daily store operations, train and motivate associates, and drive strong sales results while embodying AEO values.

You will recruit, coach, and develop talent to ensure service excellence, maintain brand standards, and uphold safety and asset protection policies.

Qualifications

• Experience leading store teams and driving KPI results.
• Proven ability to train and develop associates to improve service standards.
• Strong communication and motivational skills in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and guest loyalty.
• Lead and coach store associates to meet service standards and performance goals.
• Recruit and hire strong talent to ensure adequate staffing and coverage.
• Provide real-time feedback and coaching to improve performance and engagement.
• Execute daily visual and operational procedures, including shipments and merchandising moves.
