Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters (AEO) is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team and drive a stellar guest experience. You will lead LOD shifts, train associates, and ensure daily operations run smoothly while delivering strong sales results and upholding our brand standards.

You will recruit and develop talent, coach for performance, and manage visual and operational routines to keep the fitting rooms guest-ready and aligned with AEO standards.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience as a store leader.
• Strong multi-tasking, detail-oriented, and time management.
• Ability to recruit and train strong talent.
• Excellent guest experience and KPI focus.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and guest loyalty.
• Motivate and coach associates to meet AEO service standards on the salesfloor and in the fitting room.
• Recruit and develop staff to ensure optimal coverage and outstanding service.
• Provide real-time coaching and celebrate performance to boost engagement.
• Execute daily visual and operational procedures including shipments and merchandising moves.
• Maintain store safety, asset protection, and adherence to policies and procedures.
