Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team. You will rock LOD shifts, manage daily operations, train and celebrate associates, and drive strong sales while representing AE values.

You’ll ensure a stellar guest experience, uphold brand standards, and lead by example in a fast-paced retail environment. You will recruit and develop talent, provide real-time coaching, and keep the team aligned with guest-first service.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams in a store setting.
• Proven ability to train and develop associates.
• Strong guest service orientation and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and build guest loyalty.
• Motivate and inspire the team through AE's core values; model service standards.
• Recruit and hire strong talent; train and develop associates to ensure outstanding service.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback through real-time coaching and set attainable goals for Sales and Stock Associates.
• Execute and innovate daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing and merchandising; keep fitting rooms guest-ready.
• Uphold store safety and Asset Protection standards and adhere to AE policies.
