American Eagle is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team with Leader on Duty shifts and to drive a stellar guest experience. You’ll manage daily store operations, train and motivate associates, and uphold AE’s brand standards.

You’ll recruit and develop talent, provide ongoing coaching, and ensure a guest-first culture while delivering KPI results and maintaining store visuals and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience leading teams.
• Flexible availability to work when guests shop.
• Strong multi-tasking, attention to detail and time management.
