Responsibilities

• Lead LOD shifts and drive sales by maximizing fitting room and sales floor productivity while building guest loyalty.
• Motivate and coach the team to meet service standards across the store.
• Recruit, hire and develop strong talent to ensure adequate staffing for business needs.
• Set clear goals and provide ongoing feedback to boost performance and engagement.
• Execute daily visual and operational procedures to maintain brand standards and guest readiness.
• Uphold store safety and asset protection policies.
