Michaels Brownsburg is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing selling culture in-store, drive sales results, and ensure excellent customer experience. You will guide front-end operations, coach associates, and manage day-to-day execution with a focus on brand standards and service KPIs.

Responsibilities include MOD coverage, POS accuracy, loyalty enrollment, and omni-channel fulfillment, while upholding asset protection and a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

• Lead and champion a high-performing selling culture across the store.
• Oversee front-end and service operations and execute brand standards.
• Coach team to improve selling behaviors and customer experience.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and ensure operational continuity.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems.
• Drive loyalty program enrollment and omni-channel service.
• Train and develop staff through onboarding and ongoing skills.
• Maintain asset protection practices and shrink reduction.
