• Lead and champion a high-performing selling culture across the store.
• Oversee front-end and service operations to ensure consistent selling behaviors and brand standards.
• Coach and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
• Support Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Drive omni-channel execution including POS, Self-Checkout, BOPIS, and Same Day Delivery.
