• Lead in-store programs (Balloons, Birthday parties, Knit & Sew, Cut Bar) and omni-channel services (BOPIS, Same Day Delivery).
• Drive loyalty enrollments and protect assets through loss-prevention practices.
• Coach team members through onboarding and ongoing development.
