Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure adherence to policies, store conditions, and results.
• Coach customers and drive selling behaviors to boost conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout usage for smooth transactions and support.
• Lead store programs such as Loyalty Rewards and protection plans adoption.
• Drive omni-channel services including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
