Responsibilities

• Ensure SOPs and Company programs are followed and compliant.
• Coach and develop team through structured onboarding and training.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Drive loyalty program enrollment and omni-channel orders (BOPIS, Same Day Delivery).
• Oversee department programs (Balloons, Knit & Sew Shop, Custom Framing in select shops).
• Protect assets and reduce shrink through awareness and procedures.
