Responsibilities

• Lead and ensure SOPs and company programs compliance.
• Coach customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and floor leadership.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems.
• Oversee balloons, birthday parties, and in-store events.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards Program to drive retention.
• Drive omni-channel service including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Train and develop team across assigned departments.
