Qualifikationen

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 25-50 lbs.
• Availability nights, weekends, and early mornings.

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing SOPs and Company programs.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards, staff accountability for store conditions and results.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and operational continuity.
• Oversee POS, Self-Checkout, and checkout efficiency for smooth transactions.
• Promote and enroll customers in Loyalty Rewards Program and drive retention.
• Drive sales and omni-channel service in BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
