Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Experience coaching staff toward customer-focused selling.
• Familiarity with POS and Self-Checkout systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SOP compliance and company programs.
• Coach customer experience and selling behaviors.
• Provide MOD coverage and floor leadership.
• Promote loyalty rewards and drive customer retention.
• Oversee in-store programs and framing/ Knit & Sew areas when needed.
• Ensure accurate BOPIS and Same Day Delivery execution.
