Total Wine & More is seeking a Supervisor to back the store management team and build a sales and service culture. You will lead a service team, support merchandising and front-end operations, and drive sales while ensuring compliance and excellent customer interactions.

You will train and develop teammates, maintain safety and cleanliness, and handle various duties as assigned. The role requires availability for evenings and weekends in a dynamic retail environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience; 1+ year of supervisory experience in a retail setting.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise team members and support training and development.
• Support store operations, merchandising, and front-end operations.
• Drive sales and deliver key performance metrics (KPMs).
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Ensure compliance with laws and safety standards in the store.
