Responsibilities include SOP compliance, policy execution, MOD coverage, POS accuracy, and loyalty program growth, with emphasis on omni-channel service and asset protection.

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and Company programs.
• Ensure execution of policies and store conditions.
• Coach customer experience and selling behaviors.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations.
• Oversee in-store events like Balloons and birthday parties.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards Program enrollment.
• Drive Knit & Sew Shop and Cut Bar operations.
• Ensure BOPIS and Same Day Delivery execution.
• Train and develop team through onboarding.
• Maintain Asset Protection practices.
