Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Manager at Brownsburg, IN. The Sales Manager leads a high-performing selling culture across the store, driving sales results and delivering an engaging customer experience.

Responsibilities include front-end and service operations, SOP adherence, and coaching team members. You will manage MOD coverage, POS usage, loyalty programs, omni-channel services, and in-store events such as Knit & Sew Shop programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure store policies and standards are followed.
• Model and coach customer experience and selling behaviors.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations and customer support.
• Promote loyalty program and protection plan offerings.
• Drive omni-channel service including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Train and develop team members.
• Support asset protection and shrink reduction.
